The Conservative Party USA firmly embraces in the concept of American Exceptionalism as the foundation on which the concept of effective self-government is established and sustained. America is a country of a distinguished founding, unique historical experience and a grand path to a future that continues to provide opportunity for prosperous and free people. We are of fervent belief the United States has contributed more to the political, economic, and financial betterment of the human condition than any previous nation, empire, or international collaboration of nations. The Conservative Party’s Platform affirms this belief.

Life Begins at Conception and Ends at Natural Death

The Conservative Party USA believes that human life is nature’s continuum which begins at fertilization and is not interrupted until natural death.  (MORE)

Marriage is Between One Man and One Woman

True marriage is only between a biological male and a biological female because a same-sex type of “marriage” defies a principal feature of a true marriage which is procreation, thus same-sex marriage is a nullity. (MORE)

Gun Control and the Second Amendment

The Conservative Party strongly supports the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution (MORE)

U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights are the Supreme Law of the Land

Government Employees Should Not be Unionized 

Government unions have become politically influenced by voting blocs beholden to partisan politics. (MORE)

Immigration

The Conservative Party supports immigration policies that are enforceable, pass Constitutional muster and does not reward or encourage lawlessness.  (MORE)   

No Automatic Citizenship for Children of Illegal Immigrants

Conservative Party USA supports legislation that rejects the concept of giving automatic citizenship to children of illegal aliens who are born within U.S. borders. (MORE)

Declare a National Election Day Holiday to Restore and Preserve Election Integrity

Declare a National Holiday for the sole purpose of allowing private citizens to make their way to their local polling establishments and cast their ballot. by an election system free of fraud, waste and abuse. (MORE)

United States should Secede from the United Nations

The U.S. should secede from United Nations and remove it from American soil. (MORE)

Carry Weapons on Military Bases

The United States military should allow military personnel to carry firearms while on base. (MORE) 

Eliminate the Federal Government’s Power to Charter Organizations (MORE)

Eliminate the Federal government’s powers to charter organizations like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

The United States must adopt a comprehensive Energy Policy

This policy should be driven by private industry.  (MORE) 

Make English the Official Language of the United States

English should be the official language of the United States. (MORE)  

Enact Reciprocal Trade Laws

International Free Trade is only good if it’s Fair Trade. (MORE)

End Automatic Congressional Cost of Living Increases

Congress should amend the Ethics Reform Act of 1989 to remove the automatic Cost of Living (COLA) pay increases for Congress. (MORE) 

Reject all Forms of Affirmative Action

Affirmative Action based on race, gender or ethnicity must be banned at all levels of education and employment. (MORE) 

Promote Economic Prosperity

America should adopt measures to help revive and sustain economic vitality (MORE)

Write Bills Plain, Common Sense English

Important legislation can be written in comprehensive language, as the Declaration of Independence, Constitution and Bill of Rights clearly demonstrate. (MORE)

Repeal and Replace The Affordable Care Act (ACA)

Support candidates who support legislation that repeals the “Affordable Care Act of 2010”, aka “ObamaCare”. (MORE)

Require a Balanced Budget

Require Congress to enact a Balanced Budget (MORE) 

Adopt a Fiscally Responsible Monetary Policy

The U.S. Government must adopt a sensible monetary policy. (MORE)
