The United States of America is an affiliation of sovereign states. Said another way, it is a partnership of states. Conservative Party USA is also an affiliation of sovereign state political parties. Fourteen states have entered into formal affiliation, and the number grows. Affiliated states have their own websites and are listed below.

Party members pay dues ($25) and are voting members and vote on all matters of the Party as set forth in its incorporation as a nonprofit organization.
State political parties are each sovereign, meaning that each is a legal nonprofit organization only bound to the national Party by an affiliation agreement which spells out the responsibilities and authorities between the state Party and national Party.
Pursuant to the planks and principles proposed and ratified by the party membership, state parties are free to select candidates and issues to propose and endorse.
All officers are selected and elected by a vote of the state or national parties in conformity with the articles of incorporation of each. No person or group of persons owns or is allowed to control Conservative Party USA or its affiliated states.
